How annyoing I had order an apple plug and beats earphones in December 2023 for some resign the delivery from dpd never got delivered and got sent back. I had tired to ask on the app not helpful. Spoken to someone on the phone in jan now it’s March I’m still waiting for my refund. Why is it such a long wait to be refunded
