phone wont turn on

Good Morning, this morning upon waking my phone is totally dead and will not switch on. what are my options? im not due for an upgrade

Have you tried charging it?

Yes I have tried charging it. It is an iphone 12 mini

Try this:

Turn on your charger, do not plug into phone.

Hold the power button whilst plugging in the charger.

Keep holding power button for up to a minute.

If it doesn't turn on, contact Apple for help.

Did the solution suggested by @MI5 resolve your problem ? 

 

If it didn't, I suggest that you Google for "iPhone 12 mini force restart". You'll get solutions from various third-party websites and this from Apple itself :-
