Report phone loss to o2 immediately http://www.o2.co.uk/help/phones-and-devices/lost-or-stolen-device
They will also send you a replacement sim card.

Call cs they will block the sim for you & bar the imei of the phone so they can't use it.

Once you get a new phone & sim, you will need to contact cs again to get the bar placed on your account removed

Have you informed the police it's been stolen? Also check on any insurance you may have...

Sorry to hear that, so so too common these days. Check your home insurance particularly for personal items and decide if the excess fee warrants a claim.

@Anonymous this is not Customer Service. Please follow the advice given to you in the posts above. This is a customer to customer forum. You must report the theft to O2 and to the police asap. You are responsible for any charges made on your account until you do.
