i have a new phone on monthly contract, im abroad and i cant message or phone, a message comes up i am not registered on the network
02 transferred my old number and i am registered online but when i try to enter my o2 on the phone it does not accept my password
no help is available through 02
i am not getting any airtime or texts
help please!
