Just an update to the community. Placed the request to cancel the upgrade and the process went through immediatly and ONE PERSON was able to contact dpd to request the item back yet FIVE!!!!! PEOPLE were unable to change the delivery address. Will be glad when my contract is over in january as I will be leaving this scummy service for good.
