What is the phone number to call O2 ?

.. and the O2 page link isn't working for me definitely. You click on the 'still want to phone ..' and it brings you back to the same page. Also there's no live chat available it appears. My query was about whether the law change of European data roaming charges means that people in UK can call mobiles in Europe for free now .. ?

The law change only applies when roaming, but if a person in the UK calls another UK number it is included in their allowance. If they call a French number it is charged at international rates.

Isn't working for me. Doesn't connect just gives message 'call ended' in less than a sec of dialling number. Is this a problem with my phone perhaps ?
