i need to change direct debit details but havent got a clue im new to all this.

 @oldkronk1 Download the MyO2 app onto your phone, sign in and set it up. Then you can do all in the App, according to Aura, the in-app assistant:

ive got both but still cant see section to change direct debit,being sent all over the place,im72 not a phone wizard

In MyO2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2 there is a section called Manage My Details

You can change your bank details there.

Edited to say I've just checked on my PC and can no longer find that option? Can anyone else?

Seems like it is a call to O2 then.

I found it buried, @Cleoriff, but cannot change as I don't (tsk!) usr DD, preferring to have it either collected from a credit card (non-Refresh) or paid manually from a credit card in my O2 Card Wallet.

Maybe I need to give My O2 a kick @pgn rofl I got to the section Manage Payment details (on PC) and it was blank....!!
