i need to change direct debit details but havent got a clue im new to all this.

@oldkronk1 Download the MyO2 app onto your phone, sign in and set it up. Then you can do all in the App, according to Aura, the in-app assistant:

Perhaps a call to O2 would be easier in your case, guide here goes through some of the detail, @oldkronk1 :

In MyO2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2 there is a section called Manage My Details
You can change your bank details there.
Edited to say I've just checked on my PC and can no longer find that option? Can anyone else?
Seems like it is a call to O2 then.
