Who do we speak to about bills during this period, i am on total lockdown as we have a high risk child, self employed so not worked for nearly 2 weeks now..how do i get some help? i am worried about losing my service my phone is my lifeline at the moment.

I've managed to get hold of them and currently they're not offering anything to help really, all they've given me is an extra 2 weeks to pay my bill before they charge a late fee and mark credit score! Very poor in my opinion since everyone else I've contacted credit cards, loans, etc they've all frozen payment for up to 3 months. Stay greedy 02 stay greedy

Everyone is having this same issue - you can’t get through to anyone the automated system puts the phone down so no point in keep ringing doesn’t make a difference! This is ridiculous
