Who do we speak to about bills during this period, i am on total lockdown as we have a high risk child, self employed so not worked for nearly 2 weeks now..how do i get some help? i am worried about losing my service my phone is my lifeline at the moment.

O2 are so disgusting right now and I am definately leaving but can't even do that right now. All I wanted to do was over pay and clear my device plan balance and leave but there is no option on the automated service to do so or by any other means. You'd think they would be trying to ease the issues customers might face and put in a contingency plan of some kind, not literally walk away. How is fraud a proirity if most people are at home with their damn phones right now??

My heart goes out to people who might struggle to pay their bills this month and the next as they aren't getting any help either and that to me is just unforgivable. The website is depicting business as usual when clearly its not and the cover-19 sign posting is sucks!

 

O2 you are too wealthy to be going on with this ****ery behaviour, the decision makers at the top can go **** a ****! Bunch of ******! Arrrrgh so LIVID RIGHT NOW!!!!!

There is no way I'm staying with them any longer after 12years of loyalty, no way. I can't speak for services provided by other networks as it's not my business so I'm not saying others are any better.

Thank you, I got the PAC before ranting lol but honestly didn't want to leave but just clear the device plan but the automated voice just drove me to the edge. Plus I wanted to see if O2 would match the new plan and I could stay but after all this definitely disappointed with the service and I've always championed them to other to switch

@jonsie hahahah I do feel a lot calmer now thank you slight_smile  so sorry for my rant I just dislike when simple things aren't made simple. Just feels like they abandoned their customers without much thought, are they even still working on improving things for us at this present time?
