o2 upgrade (third party)

Hi,

I just upgraded my o2 contract from a third party site. My device plan is already paid off, is there anything else i need to do on my side as my contract is directly with o2?

Hi, HB3,
As long as you are out of contract ( device paid off ), you have nothing else to do. Just aa thought, did you want to take your number with you? If so, if it's a third party provider, you will need a PAC code. Text PAC to 65075 and follow the instructions

Ignore the last bit, you said upgrade, this would only be needed if you were taking out a new contract.
