can you lower your tariff on the airtime side of the plan on o2 refresh after you have taken out the contract ?  i cant find anything in the help section. and its kind of a new thing so i cant find anything about it

what a pain then.. i read on the help forum about lowering at 9 months etc a step at a time etc. i didnt know if that was relavent any more as this plan is new.. ho hum! my option is to then pay the phone plan and start again and pick the right tariff next time! silly me!

On some older tariff's you could lower your payments, however, this was stopped for any contracts taken after March 2012.
At least with refresh you only have to pay off the phone.... As soon as that's done you can change without having any additional airtime costs involved...
