can't change tariff

i've tried a few times in past 2 weeks to change my tariff and the o2 page just says "sorry this page isn't working right now please refresh or come back later."

Have you tried ding it via my O2

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

This is a customer to customer community, not O2, so we cannot access your account, sorry.
You need to contact O2.

If you search this community @fay_18, you will find hundreds, if not thousands, of reports of folks with issues logging into MyO2. In fact, I would say that there might be a dozen such reports on some days. 👍
