Hi,
I recently changed from o2 pay as you go to pay monthly. After I inserted the new sim card and retained my exisiting o2 telephone number my o2 contacts were missing. They used to appear above my personal contacts list. How can i re install the o2 contact numbers please.

Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
You can also try saying "Upgrade" or "Fraud" to be connected to an advisor.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.

You only need 202 for contracts to call customer services.
None of the other PAYG numbers are any use to you now.

Well when I phone 202 it just refers me to o2 online then says goodbye. How do I turn on/off voicemail for instance. How can I speak to a real person at o2?
