hello, so ive tried paying my bill i paid my sim card but was waiting to get paid a week later to pay my phone bill and the o2 app doesnt work my phones been blocked so i cant recieve texts to log into my o2 to pay
i cant call out on my phone and im trying to look for someway of contacting them to pay this for them to unblock my phone as i need it
i got laid off my job due to covid-19 so moneys tight but im wanting to pay the rest off so i dont have to worry about my phone bill anyway to cut monthly bills down
can anyone help please!!!!!!!!!

You need to speak to the Payment Management Team on 0800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
