number migration

Please can someone help me.. I received my new pay monthly phone, sim and contract on Tuesday, I want to migrate my o2 pay as you go number to the new contract. I have filled in the online number migration form in twice now, the form says it will then be migrated in 24 hours, but am still wating. Keep trying to get on the live chat but it just says Give us a moment We're just checking to see if there's an available agent!! The guy in the o2 shop where i got the phone, just told me to keep trying, am thinking joining pay monthly may now have been a mistake. Any help would be appreciated

OK now you need to call them. They will sort it out for you over the phone. Don't be tempted by live chat....

Agree. When I transferred my number from payg to contract I did it over the phone with customer services and it changed within 4 hrs. Just had to keep rebooting the phone

There is no email contact so I'm not sure who you are emailing?
Please check the form you used against the one I posted as it should have gone through OK on that form without having to call.
Check you've entered all details correctly too.
