not sure if my contract has been accepted

so yesterday morning (very early like 12am lol) I decided to take out a phone contract for the iPhone 13. its my first contract with any network so I wasn't 100% sure it would go through, I filled out all my details and o2 took (not pending) the £30 upfront cost out of my monzo bank account. i then got all the important document emails sent to me which i opened and read etc etc. i then got 2 emails in a very confusing order sent at the exact same minute. the first one said:

"Sorry to bring bad news, there's a problem with your order. It's not going to be ready to collect today. Sorry about that. We're working hard to fix this so your wait can be as short as possible. We'll
be in touch again once it's ready to collect." but then the next one contradicted that and said that they had received my order and that they'll let me know when its ready to collect. so firstly that's where I'm the most confused on whether I have been accepted or not. 

 

secondly, my O2 just isn't working for me. when I go to sign in on my laptop it logs me in but it just keeps displaying the "there's a problem" blah blah, I cant access my contract or see any tracking info on my order but then on the IOS App shows my device plan and the billing date. Is that normal to be able to see even if a contract is still awaiting a credit check? or does that mean its deffo been accepted and its just a matter of waiting for when I can pick it up? I did ring my collection store today and they said they had no stock in as of yet but i never gave him any of my account details or name etc i was just asking if they had the stock.

 

any help is appreciated. thank you.

I got the same thing happen to me, I ordered at 6ish am then got the stuff come through me email, money taken but got the same email as you, it’s been nearly 24 hours now and no update even though the shop has the stock in

did yours sort itself out? I got a text from DHL this morning saying it is going to be delivered tomorrow so it turned out I had passed the credit check and it just wasn't in stock. the app is working for me as well I can see all the bills on it, the only thing that isn't working for me is the my o2 on the website. keeps coming up with error code 500 saying that there's a problem.
