would like to chat to someone but I'm consistently getting the message 'We're just checking to see if there's an available agent'. It hasn't changed for awhile.I try to cantact with o2 agents about two weeks,i want cancel my contract but i cant,so that i need to do?????

Hi @ernesta, sorry to hear that you wish to cancel your contract. Is there any feedback you'd like to share in case you think O2 could have done something better?
