I have had no O2 coverage on my mobile for over a day - this is my lifeline to my father who is 94. I hope to receive some compensation from O2 as I am paying for a service I am not getting. Please respond to this email. I have been with O2 for many years so hopefully a bit of loyalty on your part might be available.

This isn't customer service, merely a customer community. There has been a big outage today so over 30 million customers affected. You should have 3G services restored now

@dee 32 million customers have been without service today. No network guarantees 100% uptime. Your chances of compensation are small, and if you do get any, that will be small too. https://status.o2.co.uk/
