Hi

My daughter either lost or had her phone stolen, she was due an upgrade anyway so we got an iphone SE 2020 and transferred her old number onto the new sim. The account is now active but she can't get 3g or 4g.....???

Any advice greatly received! I'm thinking O2 haven't reactivated her number properly maybe...?

CHEERS

Simon

If the phone was reported Lost/Stolen then there will be bars on her account. You need to call O2 to have them lifted. All numbers in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

There will be a bar on her account so you'll need to call customer service to have it lifted.
