new rates and price rise

HI there just seeing that there is price in tarrifs and rates on our accounts don't you think that this is a  little out of touch giving what the current situation is regarding covid-19 virus and the econmony is nearly falling on its knees, as lot of people can't affrod to pay there bills. 

Could you put the price rise on hold until we get back to normal at least.

All networks charge the RPI increase every April on the airtime (2%ish)
