good morning
im a new customer and ordered a sim only on the 24/11/22
i see on the 24/11/22 a credit check was completed on me, but 1 week later
i have not recieved anything from o2 if if my order is being processed.
i find this already a bit concerning especially as you say it only takes 48hrs to
complete and 3 days for order to arrive.

Well, the SIM Cards come Royal Mail and they are on strike and mail delayed
