@norrie48Are you sure you want to unlock or is it UNBLOCK where you need your PUK Code,
If it's unblocking then your PUK code can be found in my O2 under Device Details
Other help here http://www.o2.co.uk/puk/landing
If nothing works then you will have to contact CS https://www.o2.co.uk/contactus
