Yes, you'll have to pay. 
You can add them to your account providing you pass the credit checks.

@Wez If the contracts and phones aren't presents, it's best to take them to a store with you. If you pass the credit checks they can choose their phones and walk out with them.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
