All i get is yes this is wrong from a member of your staff !

THEY THEN SEND EMAIL TO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND TELL ME THEY WILL GET BACK TO ME THIS HAS NOW BEEN GOING ON 3 MONTHS !! with no reply's

You are eligibly taking payment from my bank account /if someone would care to contact me and refund the stolen money I will have no need to contact my solicitor and go legal as this is a joke !

Sorry, this is a community of customers and we have no access to accounts, nor is there anyone here from O2 to contact you

Sad to say you will have to persist with O2

You can get in touch with Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217

Payment Management opening hours:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm

Sunday – 9am to 6pm

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

No one will contact you from this CUSTOMER TO CUSTOMER community.

You need to contact customer services on 0344 809 0202 and speak to them as it sounds like you have been a victim of fraud, so you also need to contact Action Fraud https://actionfraud.police.uk

Also may be worth contacting your bank to let them know your personal data has been compromised, and change all your passwords.
