Good afternoon,
I recently requested for my bill date to be changed and no payments have been taken for the past two months, yesterday I recieved a text stating I now owe £76 I attempted again to set up a direct debit with you for it to start today and still nothing has gone out, please help me I just want to set up my monthly payments again
