I recieved a text message on my mobile to say that 02 is having problems processing my latest bill and I am asked to update my payment Info or a fee may be added. Is this text a scam?.

the contact address given is [Removed] is this address genuine or not.

It's a well known scam.
Block the number and do not follow any links.
Forward the scam text to 7726 - It's free.

Yes it's a well reported scam doing the rounds. Forward the text to the O2 fraud team on 7726 and then delete the text and block the number. Don't click on the link.
