How can I get a replacement sim card for my new phone

Hi - does anyone know how I can get a new sim card from O2 - I've just bought an iPhone XS and it's a smaller sim card (nano). Not needing a new phone number. No luck on the phone at the moment and shops all closed.

My tariff is turned off.

My tariff is turned off even though I turned it on April 5ft 2020.10£ tariff monthly.How does it work? I got confirmation message after I turned it on and 10£ was taken from my balance but now I cannot even call to anybody.
