missed call alerts

i constantly get alerts that people are trying to contact me unsuccessfully even though my phone is sat right next to me and in full service, any ideas what what this can be?

thanks, it does say there is mast fault.

 

this has been happening for 6 months, is that normal?

It's not normal but if a mast has been decommissioned for some reason it could take a long time to get an alternative site set up and running.

Just keep your eye on that page for updates. It should advise you if they are waiting for a third party or not. In which case that could mean any number of things such as access permission etc in which case repairs could take longer.
