Why is it that I can get a better deal with o2 if I get a new contract with o2.

I dont understand i have spoken to o2 online told them the deal told them the link and they still could not match it.

Said go and get the deal then come back and get my number back !!!

Seems like you get a better deal if your a new customer.

Loyalty seems to count for nothing.

I have been with BT from the start when the were cellnet.

Nevermind may be time to move on.

O2 direct is more expensive because you get refresh, o2 open and WiFi calling which you don’t currently get on all phones from 3rd parties.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

I’ve just got an iPhone 7 4Gb data unlimited calls/texts on refresh for £10 upfront and £36pm via live chat. Ordered sat got the phone today.

Thats cheaper than CPW.

Maybe worth a try for you.
