Hi,
I'm trying to migrate my family pay monthly SIM cards from Virgin to O2 ,
the ist o2 sim was upgraded when they upgraded my virgin braodband.
I had 3 family sim and manged to change to 2 to o2 sim.
When i went to pourchase another thrrough special o2 deal which was 20gb for £8
its came up with error now am unable to order more as I have exceeded the number of credit checks which will have a negative impact on my credit score. Seriously. Why make it so hard to do something yourself online
had spoken to customer service and i was basically transfered from advisor to other and all gave me this answer that you have fialed on your credit score and exceeded the sims .Really! Does O2 not believe promoting their business
