I have just bought an I phone 13 I want to migrate my number from Plan.com (business account) to O2

my number and the number o2 gave me with my new phone is [Removed]

 

 

please sort this out ! it can't be this difficult !!!???

You'll need to call 8002 and speak to business customer services.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

Please remove your mobile numbers from this post as you are liable for anyone who uses the data for nefarious purposes as you posted them in a public forum..

 

It is actually a lot more difficult with plan.com and you can't just migrate your number across to o2.

 

You need to follow the details in this  guide here from plan.com, as if you are still in contract you have to pay charges. 


It might also need a PAC code, as plan.com are a sort of MVNO type platform.
