Tried to get through live chat but its too busy.My partner has a iphone in my name and today i just recieved a letter saying he hasnt paid £20 towards his bill,he has 2 weeks to pay it etc.He checked his 02 app on his phone when i told him and for some reason o2 has only taken out £21,he did have money in his account... there is a couple of numbers on the letter to ring,at the top it says ring: 0800 111 6121 and some on the back. Im not sure which one is correct, could someone tell me which one it is to ring to get this sorted. Its the first time they have sent a letter out.

As we are not privy to the letter (and we shouldn't be, as we are customers) I would say ring the 0800 number at the top. If that's the wrong number, I'm sure they'll tell you, and then tell you which number to ring.

Ring the 0800 number as soon as possible. You need to call as it is in your name.

The 0800 number given is a genuine O2 payment number....It has been asked before.
