I have been trying to talk to a human for days. Not sure how this works but my bill is overdue and I can pay it on 22/11/21 but not until then as I am on benefits. Simple just asking for an extension.

You need to call customer service.
Call 202 from your mobile or 0344 809 0202 (or Payment management number -0800 902 0217 )
When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling,
Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.
Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen or Fraud if you have to.
8am is the best time to call

This looks like something you’d need to call O2’s customer service team about – give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202
Use the specific Payment management number 0800 902 0217
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
