Hi, first timer, gone from payg to contract and keeping my old number i have done what it asks but still not changed back to my number yet second day now i've been waiting what can i do now. bernie

@bldl  Might not happen on a Bank Holiday. Try switching your phone on and off every few hours. If it doesn't transfer you'll have to speak to customer service tomorrow.

Depending on when you requested it you need 2 working days and the first working day of this week is tomorrow, so it should happen Thursday latest. You’ll get a text telling you when it’s being processed.
