Hi,
I used to be with o2, then transferred number out and then got a new phone and transferred number back in. I got my new log in details and everything seemed ok, but when I logged into my o2 app it couldnt give me any information re data or allowances. So i logged in online and it won't accept my new username(email address) or let me update my contact phone number (too many instances of this number being used)
Also I can't log into o2 priority as it says my number is not an 02 number.
My number changed over yesterday and spoke to web chat at that point and they said wait 24 hours.
Waited 24 hours and still no joy, didn't realise about the username and phone number issue until just now but web chat just were not understanding me and i'm pretty peeved with trying to get them to understand without feeling like i'm being fobbed off.
Any help out there? i tried calling but none of the options offered seemed valid
