is the 25th expected delivery the date it gets to customers or to 02? iphone 6s 64gb

It will be slightly different for new customers in some cases. If you have had confirmation that your order has been accepted then you are ok...

Quite possibly, your account will become active when the phone had been packed and the device can be scanned into a new account.
Nothing to worry about.
You will next get an email stating "you can now track your order in my o2"
That is when it will all be active.

yeah i have a order confirmation email and order number and in the my documents there is a copy of the credit agreement. Plus O2 took the £225 deposit plus the £9.99 upfront fee. So i'm guessing i'm worrying over nothing. Fingers crossed...

Just spoke to the upgrade department and they said if it showed in stock when you ordered then it should arrive between 9am and 6pm on Friday.

The following is the be all and end all...

The target date of delivery is the date given at the time of purchase, not three weeks after, not what live chat say.
The date on the purchase screen is the target date of delivery.
Any deviation from this date can ONLY be acted on, on the 25th.
