Live Chat is no good as they have no idea and cut me off. I was misled on ordering based on the positive confirmation that I will get my phone on the 25th.

toby, i have indeed says dispatched on 19th with parcelline so guess ill get it on 25th.. nearly canceled the order and went for the s6 was not really up for waiting 3weeks

In theory as the phones are currently being released to the couriers for dispatch you 'should' get them on the 25th. If you have no tracking info by that date then you should be contacting CS. We are all customers here and have no knowledge of anyone's order. We can only advise what should be happening..

As written in the FAQ
unless you hear otherwise by email or text, you will get your phone on the 25th.
Please for future reference, go by official statements given by email or text contact from the O2 store, live chat will repeatedly use delivery date as dispatch date and confuse the situation.
