Solved: internet settings

Hi I totally understand internet settings on IOS are automatic. But lately i've noticed my data connection really slow and buffering issues. Are there any alternative settings i can manually use? I am sure i read something about an APN bypass?

The only settings that work on iphones are idata.o2.co.uk or mobile.o2.co.uk but you don't get all iphone features unless you use idata.
