Only customer services can answer that for you I'm afraid as we don't have account access here..... 😞
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Thx for thé answers. I call France but i think i see the mistake here...
If I'm not wrong, I only received free calls to 3 favourites numbers, up to 300min if they are mobile, up to 3000min to landlines ..
My first understanding was that it was 3000min to any landlines and 300min to favourites mobiles ...
The thing is I have multiple landlines to call, more than 3 or 5... Too bad. I gonna use another solution then. Google hangout or Skype or Tango.
Thx for your help

No worries.

At least you have further understanding of what that bolt on achieves.

"For £10 a month, you get 3000 minutes of landline calls and 100 minutes of mobile calls to 3 international numbers*
For £20 a month, you get 3000 minutes of landline calls and 200 minutes of mobile calls to 5 international numbers*"

VOIP calls over a data network (preferably WiFi) are a very sensible alternative if at all possible.....

Yes my 3 numbers are registered but I need to call more than 3 or 5.
I use Skype but for unknown reason, most of the calls I try from my mobile using Skype to call mobile don't work (I have credit obviously), meaning it rings but when I check with my friends they say they don't receive any incoming calls..
I gonna try Viber as long as O2 doesn't propose competitive call rates
