Hi I have 3 i phones on a monthly contract with O2 and one has been dropped and damaged and screen cracked and a blurred line on display. I pay insurance monthly for all 3. how do i make a claim for a replacement/fix of phone please. Thanks Haley M

You can do this by calling O2 on 202 or 0344 809 0202 have the mobile phone number handy for the damaged handset as an adviser will need this.
Once aksed the reason you are calling, say Insurance Claim. Once you are put through an adviser will advice you on excess, timeframe etc.
