I ordered an iPhone 6S Plus yesterday at 8pm, I had a few emails regarding legal documentation and I had one confirming my order and thanking me, with a tracking number.
But it is almost 12:30pm the next day and I haven't received anything regarding dispatch information or if I have passed the credit check.
There is also nothing in the "my products and services" section
what can I do from here?

Thank you for the help guys and gals, I contacted support on the live chat and, my shiny iPhone 6S plus should be dispatched in the next few working days!

In your myo2 look under orders. It may still being processed meaning they won't give you tracking info until its dispatched. Also the phone may possibly be out of stock

I don't see the orders section in myo2 would you be able to screen cap it for me?

When I login, I get redirected to the Myo2 products and services page, where it tells me I have no products or services with O2.
when I click the myo2 tab in the top right, it says "sign in and register" which doesn't appear to change when I sign in again.

Actually @Anonymous I have just tried the app and got an error message...so it may be glitching. I am currently on my PC where My O2 was working fine when I took that snip to show you where Recent Orders are...
