iPhone 15 Pro Max order

Hey there,
I've just upgraded to iPhone 15 Pro Max few days ago and I was wondering if my order has been despatched and how can I find the date of delivery as I chose store delivery for it. I did receive the welcome messages as texts and also the contract on the e-mail. When I am going into my O2 app to track the order - in "My orders" section, status shows "completed". Also, the device appears registered as it appears in the app together with the amount that I have to pay for it and also the airtime and extras chosen.
Please advise as I am a little bit confused.
