So I ordered a iPad 11 pro last Wednesday, passed the automated credit check, but then after confirming the order got a message something along the lines of order on hold, while there’s further checks. Was told this would be within 48hrs. A week later, and I’m still waiting for an update!?. I’ve already got two mobile contracts on my account & an Apple Watch, never missed a payment. Tried contacting support via the app, and they are basically useless!.
anyone else had a experience like this?.

Looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you
