i added the bb roaming bolt on to my daughters phone shes had a text saying the £5 has been taken and its active but her bbm is still not working how long will it take to work?

it should take upto 24 hours but any longer contact cs on 202 pay monthly or 4445 if on pay as you go

thanks i thought it might take that long poor child feels like shes had an arm removed without her bbm so thought i best check
