How can I complain to O2? I have tried so many different ways including using the complaints code and after 7 days yes 7 days I still have had no contact with anyone in the complaints dept. I presume the next step is OFCOM or small claims court. 

 

Can some please give me some helpful advice

Use of Resolver, about two-thirds way down the page, seems to get results, although it is all 6 to 8 weeks minimum. Good luck!
