I think its the 4 am texts and the problem getting the texts every month. I think there isa way too stop all texts in My Preferences, otherwise call customer service to see if they can stop them. They're obviously system generated and needless.
Hi @Matmon The spend cap does not stop you from purchasing top up bolt ons there is no option to stop these from being purchased sorry as you have to opt in via txt or on my o2 . Spend caps only cover chargeable calls, chargeable sms , mms, international numbers the link below should help for use and what is covered.
