Hi...Have you returned a phone and cancelled your contract?

You can check everything out via MyO2. It has only been 4 days though so may need some time to update

Did you not wish to keep the phone number?

It will show for a couple of weeks yet. I ported a number to EE and I think it was a month before it stopped showing as a linked number in my O2.

Didn't want to keep number and is now saying the number you called is not compatible with this service.

Then it is no longer working which is fine. I believe from another thread.. you have been refunded so all appears to be in order
