Hi,

I returned a faulty phone which was signed for just about 30hrs ago yet there has been no change to the repair tracker status. It remains at "Job booked".

When should I be concerned?

It will be updated once allocated to an engineer and inspected.

One of the status' is "At returns centre" which I would have hoped would be amended shortly after receipt. I'm just worried about it getting there safely.

Device arrived safely. Now I'm just waiting for my device plan to be cancelled. This is all taking a bit longer than I expected!
