how activate tethering on my account

i want to activate tethering for my account. where and how exactly do I do this?

Are you on a pay monthly contract. If so you have tethering.

Be aware surfing on a laptop / tablet using your phones data allowance will be used up Quite quickly.
Turn on the hotspot inyour phone.

If your on payg tethering is not available.

thanks. i have monthly contract. but if i want to configure personal hotspot i get the message, that i have to activate it on the o2 website.

i used the live chat. they told me they sent me an email with the solution but i keep on waiting. they didn't send one obviously.......

I suggested Live Chat as the Uk Call centres will be shut.

Live Chat are non Uk outsourced Call centres who are normally ok for low level general enquiries. .

Perhaps wait until tomorrow and ring the Uk one on 202.

2 What is your exact pay monthly tariff (as shown in myo2)?

As only tariffs after I think 2011 have it enabled by default
