trying to get through to a human seems to be impossible, i want to talk about a bar on my account, live chat wont help me and 2 hours on the phone yesterday, now im trying again so great being an 02 customer. Why is it so difficult?

Give a call 20 min and ring off and try again. 

Some have tried that and got better results

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
